Multiple volunteering opportunities are available:
- Communication & interpretation : translate files, documents or act as an interpreter to help the AMEIPH team with their members who are from different cultural communities
- Phone calls : calling our members regarding activities, membership and other subjects related to the members and the association
- Filing & archiving : storing and organising documents and materials
- Maintenance work & general help : manual labor, physical work
- Other volunteering possibilities : all kind of general help
- Social pairing : create a friendly connection with the member in order to break his/her isolation
- Assistant for social activities : assist the psychosocial workers or instructors during outings and activities
We do criminal background checks for both social pairing and assistant for social activities. The processing time is four (4) to seven (7) weeks.
