The purpose of this section is to assess the needs of new members in order to guide them to the appropriate activities and refer them, if necessary.
This is done through:
- Consultation Meetings
- Receive all the requests from members and individuals (pre-reception since outside Quebec).
- Individual Follow-up
- Meet with a intervention worker to support and accompany them through the various steps.
- Orientation Service
- Accompany the person to the appropriate programs and services by keeping the individual involved in the procedure
- Referral Services
- Take steps to approach outside resources as needed.
- Evaluation for Paratransit
- Service to obtain STM paratransit. Service offered for those with physical functional limitations.
