AMEIPH’s Summer Activity Schedule<\/h2>\n

\n” Inclusive Montreal “<\/h3>\n

For August and the beginning of September, we offer outdoor activities every Tuesday, coffee breaks every Wednesday, artistic workshops every Thursday morning and fitness activities every Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n

To participate in our activities this summer, led by our two recreation instructors Salima and Laeticia, you must :<\/p>\n

– Register early as space is limited (6-10 people) ;<\/p>\n

– Respect the health and safety guidelines ;<\/p>\n

– It is mandatory to register by phone at 514-272-0680 or by email at secretariat@ameiph.com ;<\/p>\n

– If needed, please reserve your paratransit.<\/p>\n

We look forward to meeting you!<\/p>\n

The adapted Zumba and the art workshop will both be held in hybrid mode, please click on the following link<\/a> to participate.<\/p>\n

Outing, Tuesday, August 3<\/span>rd<\/span>, from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.: visit to the Montreal Botanical Garden. Please meet us at the garden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Coffee break, Wednesday, August 4<\/span>th<\/span>, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: rally, discussion and snacks. Meet us at AMEIPH,\u00a0the activity will take place at the Madeleine-Gagnon Park.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Art workshop, Thursday August 5<\/span>th<\/span>, from 10 a.m. to noon: expressive art workshop with Ana-Maria, discussion and snacks. Meet us at AMEIPH. This activity will also be available online on zoom. The Zoom link will be sent for those who wish to do it online.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
